ytd i bake the CHEESECAKE! although it success but it taste SOUR due to me. it suppose to be lemon juice but i go buy those lemon and squeeze it into juice. wad a blur mind i had. and my hand got one blister. :( next time i wan to buy the handmixer so tt i will nt whisk until wad. especially the part need to whisk the cream cheese until light and fluffy. how to whisk sia? haha...
s0 it overall my cheesecake is a failure. :( never mind next time i try to bake again sure with success de. :)
